Day-wise itinerary

Day 1: Arrive and explore Dalhousie

Meet your representative at the confirmed Chandigarh or Amritsar pickup point and transfer to Dalhousie. After check-in, visit the town’s church quarter, Gandhi Chowk and nearby viewpoints as time permits. Meal plan: Dinner.

Day 2: Khajjiar and Chamba excursion

After breakfast, travel to Khajjiar for the meadow and lake area, then continue towards Chamba for selected local heritage stops. Return to Dalhousie by evening; the final sequence depends on road and daylight conditions. Meal plan: Breakfast + dinner.

Day 3: Dalhousie to Dharamshala

Check out and drive to Dharamshala. After settling in, choose a short visit to the cricket stadium viewpoint, tea gardens or Norbulingka Institute if arrival time and opening hours allow. Meal plan: Breakfast + dinner.

Day 4: McLeod Ganj and local sights

Spend the day around McLeod Ganj, including the monastery area and selected stops such as Bhagsu, Naddi viewpoint or St John in the Wilderness. Respect local visitor guidance at religious sites and check access before departure. Meal plan: Breakfast + dinner.

Day 5: Departure

Check out after breakfast and transfer to the agreed Chandigarh or Amritsar drop point. Build in road-time allowance when connecting to a train or flight. Meal plan: Breakfast.
