Please use only a payment channel confirmed by our team, and do not send card PINs, passwords or one-time passcodes.

Change, cancellation and refund conditions can depend on the confirmed itinerary and the hotels, carriers or other suppliers involved. Applicable charges, deadlines and refund timelines will be provided with your booking terms. Please review them before confirming or paying; contact us if they are not clear. No fixed cancellation percentage or refund amount applies unless it appears in the terms for your booking.
5. Traveller information and documents
Please provide accurate traveller names and trip details. Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identification and meeting destination entry, visa, health and transport requirements. Where you need guidance, ask ARTS HOLIDAY before departure; final decisions about entry are made by the relevant authorities.
6. Suppliers and itinerary changes
Some trip services are provided by independent hotels, transport operators, airlines, guides or other suppliers. Their service conditions may also apply. If a supplier or an event outside reasonable control affects a plan, ARTS HOLIDAY will communicate available alternatives and any applicable booking terms.
