Day-wise itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati

Arrive at Guwahati airport or railway station. Visit the sacred Kamakhya temple perched atop nilachal hill. Later, enjoy a serene sunset cruise on the mighty Brahmaputra River and overnight stay in Guwahati.

Day 2: Guwahati to Dirang

Post breakfast; begin your scenic drive to Dirang. En-route, visit the tippi orchidarium and enjoy the beauty of the eastern himalayas. Check-in at the hotel and explore Dirang dzong or relax by the riverside and overnight stay in Dirang.

Day 3: Dirang to Tawang

Drive to Tawang crossing Sela pass and Sela Lake. En route visit jaswant garh war memorial and nuranang falls. Reach Tawang by evening and relax and overnight stay in Tawang.

Day 4: Tawang Sightseeing

Visit Tawang monastery, Urgelling monastery, giant buddha statue, and the war memorial. Explore the local markets or opt for an excursion to panga teng Tso Lake and overnight stay in Tawang.

Day 5: Tawang to Bomdila

After complete morning breakfast, drive back to Bomdila. Visit Bomdila monastery and enjoy scenic mountain views. Explore the local market and handicrafts and overnight stay in Bomdila.

Day 6: Bomdila to Kaziranga

Descend to the plains as you head to Kaziranga national park. Check-in and relax or opt for a local cultural performance in the evening and overnight stay near Kaziranga.

Day 7: Kaziranga Safari – Transfer To Shillong

Early morning enjoy jeep safari in kaziranga's central range. After breakfast, drive to shillong. En route, stop at the scenic umiam lake and overnight stay in Shillong.

Day 8: Shillong Sightseeing

Explore Shillong with visits to ward’s lake, elephant falls, don bosco museum, shillong peak and police bazaar for shopping and overnight stay in Shillong.

Day 9: Shillong to Cherrapunji

Drive to Cherrapunji and visit nohkalikai falls, mawsmai caves, seven sisters’ falls, Eco Park and living root bridge. Enjoy scenic landscapes throughout and overnight stay in Cherrapunji.

Day 10: Cherrapunji to Guwahati

Return to Guwahati with scenic stops en route. Check in to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure or go for shopping at local markets and overnight stay in Guwahati.

Day 11: Departure from Guwahati

Check out after breakfast and proceed to Guwahati airport or railway station for your onward journey with beautiful memories of Northeast India.
