Day-wise itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & hotel check-in — North Sikkim
Arrive at the airport, station, port or other gateway shown on your ticket and meet the local representative. Transfer to the first-night hotel on the confirmed route, complete check-in and rest after the journey. Any evening visit is optional and depends on arrival time.
Day 2: Gangtok acclimatization and MG Marg
After breakfast, visit Gangtok acclimatization and MG Marg. Allow time for sightseeing, local transfers and breaks; any entry ticket or activity is as specified in the confirmed booking. Return to the confirmed overnight hotel after the day's route.
Day 3: Road transfer to Lachen; check in and rest
After breakfast, check out if the route changes cities and follow the planned transfer for Road transfer to Lachen; check in and rest. Allow time for traffic, ticketed transport and rest stops. Check in at the next confirmed hotel or ship; overnight according to the booked route.
Day 4: Gurudongmar Lake excursion, permit/weather/altitude permitting
After breakfast, enjoy Gurudongmar Lake excursion, permit/weather/altitude permitting. Boat and water activities depend on the booked operator, service schedule and local sea/river conditions; keep time for transfers and return to the confirmed overnight hotel.
Day 5: Road transfer to Lachung; local monastery
After breakfast, check out if the route changes cities and follow the planned transfer for Road transfer to Lachung; local monastery. Allow time for traffic, ticketed transport and rest stops. Check in at the next confirmed hotel or ship; overnight according to the booked route.
Day 6: Yumthang Valley excursion, seasonal access permitting
After breakfast, set out for Yumthang Valley excursion, seasonal access permitting. Follow the authorized guide/operator and allow for the route's travel time; permits, weather, trail access and return timing must be confirmed for the travel date. Overnight at the confirmed hotel on the route.
Day 7: Hotel check-out & departure — North Sikkim
Have breakfast, settle any personal hotel charges and check out by the property's stated time. Transfer from the final hotel to the departure gateway listed on your ticket for the onward journey. A sightseeing stop is possible only if timing and the confirmed booking allow it.
