Day-wise itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Madurai & local sightseeing

Upon your arrival in Madurai, one of South India's most historically and spiritually rich cities, you will be received and transferred to your hotel. After check-in and a brief rest, begin your sightseeing tour: Meenakshi Amman Temple, Thirumalai Nayakar Mahal, Gandhi Memorial Museum, Vandiyur Mariamman Teppakulam (if time permits) and return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Madurai – Rameshwaram

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and depart for Rameshwaram, one of the most sacred pilgrimage destinations in India, located on Pamban Island in the Gulf of Mannar. On arrival, check-in at your hotel and relax. Later, proceed to visit the prominent temples and spiritual spots. Ramanathaswamy Temple, Agni Theertham, Ramar Patham and return back to the hotel for the night stay.

Day 3: Rameshwaram local sightseeing

After morning breakfast, spend the day exploring the spiritual, mythological, and natural highlights of Rameshwaram and its surroundings places. Dhanushkodi, Arichal Munai, believed to be the starting point of the mythical Ram Setu (Adam’s Bridge), Kothandaramaswamy Temple, APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial, Pamban Bridge and return back to the hotel for the night stay.

Day 4: Rameshwaram – Kanyakumari

After an early breakfast, check out and drive to Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of mainland India, where the Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal, and Indian Ocean meet. Check-in at your hotel upon arrival. Day 5: Kanyakumari Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for a full day of local sightseeing in Kanyakumari—rich in heritage, mythology, and panoramic ocean views. Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Thiruvalluvar Statue, Kanyakumari Temple, Gandhi Memorial Mandapam, Triveni Sangam and return back to the hotel for the night stay.

Day 6: Kanyakumari – Trivandrum

After breakfast, check out and drive to Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram), the elegant and green capital of Kerala. On arrival check-in at your hotel and relax sometime, then begin your sightseeing: Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Napier Museum, and Sri Chitra Art Gallery and return back to the hotel for the night stay.

Day 7: Trivandrum (Drop)

After breakfast, check out from your hotel. Depending on your flight or train schedule, you can enjoy some last-minute shopping at the local markets for Kerala spices, handicrafts, and souvenirs.
