Day-wise itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at NJP/Bagdogra & Transfer to Darjeeling

On arrival at NJP/Bagdogra Airport/Railway Station our vehicle picks up you & transfers to “Darjeeling”. En-route you can enjoy the view of tea gardens and the Teesta River valley. Later proceed to Darjeeling & check into the hotel. Afterwards, step out and explore the Darjeeling Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda. In the evening you can visit the Darjeeling Mall Road (Chowrasta) & explore the local Tibetan Market (if time permit). Overnight stay at Darjeeling hotel.

Day 2: Darjeeling local sightseeing

Early morning (4:00 AM) you can visit, Tiger Hill for the famous sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga, Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery and return back to the hotel & having a lovely breakfast & visit, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (is Closed on every Thursday & 19th of Every Month), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Darjeeling Ropeway (Cable Car), Tenzing Rock & Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center. Optional: Ride the Darjeeling Toy Train (UNESCO site). Overnight stay at Darjeeling hotel.

Day 3: Darjeeling to Gangtok

Post breakfast in the morning, check out of the hotel and leave by road for an enchanting trip to Gangtok. En-route you can enjoy the view of tea gardens. Later proceed to Gangtok & check into the hotel. In the evening you can visit the MG Marg (walkable Main Street for shopping & local vibes) by your own. Overnight stay at Gangtok hotel.

Day 4: Gangtok sightseeing

After having a lovely breakfast & you can visit Tashi View Point (Best spot for sunrise and Kanchenjunga views), Ganesh Tok & Hanuman Tok, Flower Exhibition Centre, Do Drul Chorten, Bakthang Waterfall, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology. Overnight stay at Gangtok hotel.

Day 5: Gangtok to Excursion Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir, Nathula Pass (clubbing basis):

After breakfast drive for a memorable excursion tour to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft. /39 km), one of the highest altitudes Himalayan Lake (Permit required). This beautiful oval shape lake almost 1 km long with its average depth 50 ft is situated in east Sikkim Himalaya. From here we will drive further 15 km to Baba Mandir, Nathula Pass (Nathula Pass is subject to availability of Permits and Weather & Road Condition and it is closed on Monday & Tuesday). We will back to Gangtok by late afternoon. Evening is free for roaming around M.G Marg, the popular Shopping area in Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok hotel. NOTE: Nathula Pass is subject to availability of Permits and Weather & Road Condition which will cost Rs. 5500/- Per Car on Direct Payment basis. And it is closed on Monday & Tuesday.

Day 6: Gangtok to NJP/Bagdogra (Drop)

Today after refreshment and breakfast, spend the morning at leisure shopping or short local exploration depends on your departure timing then we will proceed and drop at NJP/Bagdogra Airport / Railway Station.
